From fixture certification and first article inspection to large volume metrology, no item is too small or large and our service area includes the entire United States. Our engineers have performed inspections on numerous automotive components from headliners and fuel tanks to airplane winglets to shipbuilding components such as massive propellers.
Tri-State Metrology’s quality system is certified to ISO-9001:2008 and our calibration system is accredited to ISO-17025. Our partner lab is on-call for CMM inspections requiring accuracy beyond levels portable CMMs provide while maintaining short turnaround times of 3-5 business days in most instances.
CMM Programming Services
Tri-State Metrology’s CMM programmers are proficient in software packages from PolyWorks to CMM Manager and just about everything in between. Our CMM programs are constructed to streamline your CMM inspection and operation, delivering maximum run-time efficiency and clear, concise reporting. We’ll travel to your location and provide cost-effective and convenient service value, generally including a combination of on-site and off-line part programming. Our focus is on accurate, easy-to-use routines that simplify the set-up and operation of the CMM.
Typical On-Site CMM Programming Support Includes:
- Creation and operation of CMM programs using your preferred/chosen software
- Verify new programs and provide support and troubleshooting on the production floor
- Provide CMM support to Manufacturing Engineers and/or operator training
